There are a few policy changes that take effect immediately. These changes are to ensure the safety of our guests, and improve our operational services for our guests.

  1. No Crocs shoes will be allowed in the smash room.
  2. The reschedule/Cancellation fee has changed from $10.00 to $20.00.
  3. We require that you provide a valid credit/debit card in order to set and hold your appointment. If you remove your card from the Square payment system prior to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and the time slot will be made available to the first person who places and keeps their card on file until their appointment. Employees do not have access to the card information at any time, and we do not charge your card until you present it at the time of your appointment, unless you no-show or reschedule/cancel within 3 hours of your appointment.
  4. We will permanently continue to operate by appointment only until Covid-19 is no longer a threat to the safety of everyone’s health. Our availability will be based on the season. In an effort to ensure that all our employees have at least one day for their family, we will be closed on Mondays.
