EFFECTIVE MARCH 1ST, 2023
Cancellations:
1) A minimum cancellation fee of $35.00 will be assessed for any cancellation of any appointment at any time.
2) Any cancellations that are made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will NOT receive a refund in any amount.
a) We may at our discretion reschedule your appointment up to 90 days later.
b) or issue a credit/gift voucher for use at a later time or on other services that we offer (less the $35.00 cancellation fee).
3) If you cancel your appointment at any time prior to the 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
a) we may at our discretion refund up to 100% of your payment less the $35.00 cancellation fee,
b) we may reschedule your appointment up to 90 days later,
c) or we may issue a credit/gift voucher for use at a later time on other services that we offer (less the $35.00 cancellation fee).
4) We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you show up to your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol. You will be asked to leave, and no refund or credit will be given.
5) If you wish to reduce your package, we reserve the right to honor or decline your request. If we honor your request, we will not refund any portion of the prepayment.
a) we may issue a credit/voucher for future use of the difference,
b) or you may select to accept the additional materials for your own use.
6) We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason concerning public health emergencies, inclement weather, national emergency, staff emergency, or any other unforeseen reasons not previously mentioned that are beyond our control.
a) If we must cancel your appointment for any reason not mentioned elsewhere within our cancellation policy, we may issue a credit/voucher or refund of the amounts paid.
b) In the event that the building is damaged or destroyed and it limits or prevents us from operating, we will issue a full refund of amounts paid.
7) Any cancellation citing Covid-19 (aka Coronavirus), flu, or other illnesses; will not receive a refund of any amount. The guest will have the following options:
a) reschedule their appointment at least 22 days (three weeks) after their original appointment or 7 days after a negative test result (whichever comes last),
b) receive a credit/gift voucher for amounts paid to be used at a later date or for other services that are offered.
8) If you reschedule an original appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time then cancel the rescheduled appointment, we will not refund any amount paid. A credit/voucher for a future visit may be given at our discretion.
9) While rescheduling your appointment time, certain days or times may not be available during peak demand times or days. We cannot offer you a time and date that is already booked by other guests. We will work diligently to accomidate you to the best of our abilities.
No-Show/Late Arrivals:
10) If you miss your appointment for any reason not mentioned with or without calling the day of the appointment. We cannot refund your prepayment. We will be more than happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment at a time that is more convenient for you within the parameters of section 9 of the cancellation portion of this policy.
11) If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we at our discretion, may require that you reschedule your appointment.
a) In the event that we require that you reschedule appointment, we will not be able to issue a refund of your prepayment.
b) We will attempt to schedule you at a later time, the same day, if our schedule allows. Otherwise, we will invoke rule 3(b), which will allow you to choose a date and time up to 90 days out, that is convenient for you.
c) If you elect to cancel your rescheduled appointment; at our discretion, we may elect to issue a credit for future use and we will not be able to issue a refund for any portion of your prepayment.
12) We reserve the right to alter/change or replace this cancellation policy at our sole discretion with or without notice.
