One of the most common questions we receive is, how do we get our stuff? Much of the time we accept donations from people locally that hold garage sales or estate sales and give us their unsold items that we can use. In general, most items that we are looking for is any clean unused/unwanted dishware, small to medium electronics (VCRs, DVD/Blue Ray players, Video Game consoles, and LED TVs). We will on occasion accept some small kitchen appliances like toasters, toaster ovens, and older coffee makers.

If you wish to make a donation, we accept donations Wednesday through Sunday from 2 PM until 6 PM. We are willing to pick up donations within a reasonable driving distance from our facility (typically inside Loop 820). If you have a large donation, please let us know prior to dropping it off.

Here is a list of items that we CANNOT take under any circumstances.

• Air Conditioners, Fans, or Air humidifiers of any kind
• Vacuum cleaners
• Refrigerator units
• Light bulbs
• Television Sets that are not LED
• Materials containing liquid, lead, or other toxins
• Kurig Coffee Makers
• Pottery
• Microwaves
