Welcome to Dallas-Fort Worth’s top rage room! Rage rooms are also known as smash rooms or break rooms. We opened our facility to continue a mission of helping others cope with everyday stress and frustrations. That mission was begun here in Dallas/Fort Worth. Donna Alexander the founder of “Anger Room” opened the first rage room (in the US) in 2006. We want to continue and expand on her vision.

OUR RAGE ROOM IS NEAR THE NAS/JRB IN FORT WORTH, TEXAS!
The minimum age to participate in our rage room is 10 years old. (We ID everyone.) There is not a minimum age for our paint room. A parent or legal guardian must also accompany any minors in our rage room per our insurance company’s requirements. Please fill out our adult waiver or minor’s waiver prior to your appointment time or arrive 15 minutes early to complete one at our facility.
If you are immunocompromised at this time, we do not recommend visiting a break room due to the dangers associated with amount of dust that is generated. The dust can carry unknown pathogens with it.
To schedule your appointment, you must select an activity below to begin the booking process. State consumer protection laws prohibit us from booking appointments by telephone.
The following items will not be allowed in the smash room.

- Clay or heavy ceramic materials
- Televisions (We do allow/accept LED TVs)
- Paint/Ink/Liquids of any kind
- Microwaves/Refrigerators
- Light Bulbs of any kind
- Any other Hazardous Materials not mentioned..
- Gum, Food or Beverages
- Batteries/Explosives
