We are less than 6 weeks away from our 2nd anniversary. Yea us! We have learned a lot in the past two years. Much of what we learned has led to some changes in how we operate, what we can and cannot allow guests to do, and above all else is that we ensure the safety of our guests must be our highest priority. We learned to learn from others in the industry on what we can do to improve our guests experience(s). We learned that not all competitors are your competition.

We know that last statement is not going to sit well with many company owners. However, if your competition doesn’t know what you have, what you are doing, or what you are planning; you have already won. We look like a place that won’t survive, yet we are ahead of the owner’s projections of their business plan. The owner uses information that they get from other owners to improve our facility, offerings to our guests, and improve guest satisfaction.

While we write on here to notify you of any changes with our information, including age restrictions, pricing changes, or policy changes, we would like to add some content that we think would be beneficial for our guests or any reader for that matter. If there is something you want us to cover, explore, or share our thoughts on (not political), just let us know.

We are giving away two tickets to the New Year’s Eve hockey game between the Dallas Stars and the Colorado Avalanche. There are several ways you can enter into the drawing for the tickets, and no purchase is necessary to enter.

There are three ways to enter our drawing; by signing up, by making a purchase, or through our social media feeds. To enter:

• You may complete the entry form by filling out the entry form. Limit one entry per person per day by entry form.
• Entrants may gain an additional 25 entries by scheduling an appointment for either a smash session or paint session between November 1st, 2021 and December 15th, 2021. Appointments must be paid for at the time of scheduling and are subject to Smash N Bash, LLC Cancellation/Reschedule/No-Show Policy. Appointments do not need to be completed prior to drawing to gain the additional entries. Remember that 10% of every session purchased is also going to our fundraising pool for the three charities in our annual give-back event.
• Entrants may gain an additional 25 entries with the purchase of a Smash N Bash, LLC gift card or e-gift voucher of any amount equal to or larger than $30.00. Gift cards and vouchers are transferable, non-refundable, and must be used within 1 year (365 days) from date of purchase. Remember that 10% of every gift card purchase is also going to our fundraising pool for the three charities.
• Entrants may gain an additional 10 entries for liking and following us on our social media feeds. Our feeds consist of Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. That’s thirty free entries.

Rules are as follows:

Entries will be accepted from 12:00 am CST beginning November 1st, 2021 until 11:59 pm CST December 15th, 2021. The drawing is to be held on or about December 20,th, 2021 from all eligible entries received.

Winner will be notified by text, email, or instant messaging on or about December 21st, 2021. Winner will be given until December 24th, 2021 to confirm identity and claim their prize. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to access our third party vendor’s mobile device application (referred to as TicketMaster App or App) to receive the prize. Prize will be issued to winner on December 31st, 2021 within 3 hours of the game’s start time. The prize is two (2) tickets to the hockey game between the Dallas Stars and the Colorado Avalanche. Prize does not include parking, food, or any other amenities.

If winner fails to confirm their identity and claim the prize by 11:59 pm December 24th, 2021 will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be notified. Alternate winner will have until December 27th, 2021 to confirm their identity and claim the prize, or prize will be forfeited. If neither the winner nor alternate winner claim the prize, a third chance drawing will be held December 28th, 2021. Winner will be notified no later than December 29th, 2021. Winner will then have 24 hours to claim the prize or forfeit said prize . If no winner (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) claims the prize; the prize is forfeited back to Smash N Bash LLC.

Entry is open to U.S. residents who will be able to attend the Dallas Stars vs. Colorado Avalanche game on December 31st, 2021. No substitution of prize will be allowed. Children under eighteen are welcome to enter with parent or legal guardians permission. No purchase is necessary to win.

Winner must agree to allow Smash N Bash LLC to produce social media posts using the winners name and likeness in their social media feeds. Smash N Bash LLC social media feeds include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. While granting permission for use, may not necessarily result in their use. Additionally, winner will not receive further compensation in the event a social media post goes viral.

Total odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner must be able to accept tickets via/electronic transfer through a third party vender Ticketmaster. Total value of prize is approximately $125.00

Yes, that’s right! we are going to offer indoor snowball fights in our paint room. Don’t worry about freezing your caboose off. Our snowballs are 100% not made from ice or snow, but are made from cotton/polyester blend. You can add snowballs to your paint session for only $5.00 for seven snowballs. Not only can you use the snowballs to throw at your friends and family, but you can use them to add effects to your painting.

Due to some very unfortunate events involving less than honest consumers of our services have left us with no other option except to make necessary these recent policy changes to our age requirements. We announced that effective September 27th, 2021 that we would no longer allow children under the age of sixteen in our rage room. This policy will remain in effect from October 1st, 2021 moving forward. If you scheduled an appointment prior to our policy change we will still honor our original policy. Just note that we will be stringent on the age restrictions for any appointments made after October 1st, 2021.

We apologize to the parents who would like to allow their children an avenue to release their stress, frustration, and anger. We are no longer able to provide such an avenue for children under age 16. We will continue to allow those who are 16 years of age and older to participate in our rage room activity. Please be prepared to present a valid (not expired) identification issued by a governmental entity. Those who are under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (older siblings are not legal guardians unless they have custody documents).

Again we apologize for sudden drastic change in our policy. As always, we will continue to allow children age four and up in our paint room with a parent or legal guardian.

Due to changes in insurance requirements our new age limitations are as follows, effective July 1st, 2021.

Rage Room

Effective September 27, 2021 the minimum age requirement is sixteen (16) years of age and older. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the room. We are now required to check identification if you look like you may be under age. Let’s face it….They want us to check everyone’s IDs!

Paint Room

Minimum age requirement is four (4) years of age and older. Anyone under the age of fifteen (15) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in the room. A parent or legal guardian must still remain in the facility even if minors are being unaccompanied in the paint room.

Rage Room Rules

We have to put rules into place due to the intelligence levels of some of our customers. Some seem to think the rules do not apply to them or that rules are made to be broken. We do not believe in either of these statements. Rules are put into place to ensure yours and everyone else’s safety while in the room. Below are the rules that we have put into place for our rage room.

Rule #1:

Do not hit others in the room. Common sense says to be aware of your surroundings, yet the majority of injuries in a rage room occur when people do not take this rule seriously. We would rather you be safe than sent to the hospital. So watch were you swing that baseball bat, you could just clonk mom on the head.

Rule #2:

Please do not break our lights, cameras, table, Bluetooth speaker, or our crate(s).  These things are difficult to repair/replace and are costly. We would hate to charge you $85 to replace a camera or $350 for an electrician to come replace the fixtures.

Rule #3:

All safety gear must remain on while in the room (this includes gloves & face shields). If you remove the gear at any time, you will be asked to leave the room until the gear can be inspected and deemed usable. If we have to remove you from the room on multiple occasions,  you will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.

Rule #4:

Only throw designated items towards the designated targets or the floor. Please do not throw the tools, as they can do large amounts of damage with very little effort.

Rule #5:

Do not use the tools to hit our walls or our door. We do charge for wall repair if you throw the tools or use them to hit our walls intentionally.

Rule #6:

Do not walk out of the room. If you need assistance or want to leave the room before time has expired, please wave your arms.

Rule #7:

No cellular devices may be taken in the room. We will take all the pictures you want us to take and we offer a copy of our video coverage for only $10.00 additional. There isn’t sound on our videos so you may edit the videos how ever you choose. We will, however, allow you to connect you device to our Bluetooth speaker to enjoy the music you choose to play from your device. 

Paint Room Rules

Our paints are water based yet still can have some danger to it. Mostly the danger involves someone tripping or falling and occasionally burning eyes.

Rule #1:

No Running! This is going to become a recurring theme for our paint room, we don’t want you to trip or slip and fall.

Rule #2:

Do not pour the buckets of paint onto the floor or onto each other. This does create a very slick floor and a slip hazard. Again, we do not want you to fall.

Rule #3:

Do not eat the paint, nor squirt the paint into someone’s eye(s). The paint is not candy, and does not taste like candy. It taste like chalk. Additionally, you do not want the paint getting into your eyes, it will burn like getting jalapeno juice in your eyes.

Rule #4:

Do not climb on another person to paint our lights, camera, or ceiling. If you really feel the need to put a foot print on our ceiling, please remove your shoe and have someone that is tall slap it up there while jumping.

We understand that there are people who are mad that Governor Abbott ended the mandates put into place in March 2020. We as a business understand both sides of the argument. We respect both sides and as a small business appreciate the freedom of being allowed to make our own decisions as we see fit, not what someone in another part of the country dictates.

With that being said, and understanding the general publics stance on masks. We feel that your personal decisions should be respected. We will not ask you to wear or remove a mask when entering our facility (mask optional); remember it is your choice. We will continue to recommend that you wear a mask in our smash room to protect you from the dust that is created and the unknown pathogens that travel on that dust.

Additionally, we will continue to operate by appointment only. We will also continue to follow CDC recommendations for cleaning and sanitizing as are now part of our standard procedures. We are sure as time progresses, not much else will change. Stay safe.

There are a few policy changes that take effect immediately. These changes are to ensure the safety of our guests, and improve our operational services for our guests.

1. No Crocs shoes will be allowed in the smash room.
2. The reschedule/Cancellation fee has changed.
3. We require that you provide a valid credit/debit card in order to set and hold your appointment. If you remove your card from the Square payment system prior to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and the time slot will be made available to the first person who places and keeps their card on file until their appointment. Employees do not have access to the card information at any time, and we do not charge your card until you present it at the time of your appointment, unless you no-show or reschedule/cancel within 3 hours of your appointment.
4. We will permanently continue to operate by appointment only until Covid-19 is no longer a threat to the safety of everyone’s health. Our availability will be based on the season. In an effort to ensure that all our employees have at least one day for their family, we will be closed on Mondays.

We quietly celebrated our one year anniversary on December 13th, 2020. While for many, this is nothing special. For us, it marks something absolutely amazing. We didn’t think that we would have survived a two month closure with the number and age of our competitors. Yet we did, and we grew from the closures to become the oldest Rage Room in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

We are humbled by the support we receive from our guests; many of whom drive over an hour to visit us. It is because of this support we have hit many of our goals ahead of the time we had planned it would take. To keep the moment of growth going; we are working to be able to expand in 2021. Our plans are to expand our current location, open a second location, and begin offering new entertainment options for your visit.

We look forward to seeing all our supporters in 2021 and new faces as well.
